I spent years building the technology that manages careers and capital at companies like Oracle. Now, I’m applying that expertise to solve a different problem: the 'purpose gap' in retirement. By merging my experience in Human Capital Management with financial rigor, I would like to help retirees or soon to be retirees transition into a life that is as strategically sound as it is personally fulfilling. Retirement isn’t just about the money; it’s about what you do with the time the money buys you.

I’ve spent over 20 years building products that help people make some of life’s big decisions — from finding jobs to planning travel always with a focus helping people achieve their goals with confidence. My work at companies like CareerBuilder/Monster, Hilton, Wayfair, and Travelocity, has taught me that people don’t just need tools; they need guidance when navigating important life transitions. RetireLens brings that same philosophy to retirement helping people move from uncertainty to a clear, fulfilling next chapter that goes beyond just money.

For over 16 years, I've worked with global HR technology companies, helping business leaders across India and the US solve their talent acquisition challenges. A career at the intersection of work and people showed me a recurring gap: professionals financially ready to retire, yet unprepared for the loss of purpose, structure, and connections that work provides. At Retirelens, I’m bringing that perspective to an integrated holistic approach to retirement, helping advisors prepare their clients not just financially, but for a meaningful and fulfilling life beyond work.

My work focuses on simplifying complex workflows helping people move faster, build stronger connections, and act with clarity. I’m particularly interested in how intelligent systems can augment human judgment without adding noise. I’ve spent the last several years building platforms in financial services, covering investments, tax strategies, and long term wealth. As a Certified Financial Planner, I’ve seen how complex and fragmented financial advice can be. Now, I’m focused on making these decisions, especially around retirement, more structured, intuitive, and actionable.

In recent years, I have been working as a UX/UI Designer, creating digital experiences that prioritize clarity, usability, and purposeful design. I believe effective design extends beyond aesthetics, it involves deeply understanding user needs and translating complexity into intuitive, seamless interactions. At RetireLens, I contribute to reimagining critical life decisions through a user-centred approach, focused on delivering meaningful, simple, and impactful experiences.
